Who's behind Shield Rx

Shield Rx was co-founded by Kevin Harter and Joss Poteet, who met in a West Virginia University class. Kevin is a U.S. Army veteran; both he and Joss earned their BS in Geographic Information Systems at WVU and are starting their Master's degrees there this fall. What started as a class project aimed at curbing prescription opioid misuse has grown into a full-scale entrepreneurial effort, built by two people who'd rather start building than wait for the perfect plan.
